There Is Nothing Wrong With Wheat

Reinventing the wheel is a waste, what I am going to share here is already researched and proven, so I will share the links. There is nothing wrong with wheat, all the intolerance's are caused by the fast rise yeast. My family and a few friends with high "gluten intolerance" are now enjoying breads, pastas, muffins etc with none of the discomfort associated with store bought or quick rise/baking powder wheat products.
